About approval of the Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance

According to part six of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and the Regulations on the State Treasury of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.12.2005 of N 1232, I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance which are applied.

2. To department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting and the reporting (Sushko N. I.) and to Legal department (Zinevich O. L.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of information technologies and corporate telecommunication (Kovtonyuk O. A.) and to provide to Management of payment system (Pereym B. M.) the State Treasury of Ukraine and its territorial authorities with the corresponding software.

4. To department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting and the reporting (Sushko N. I.) bring this order to vice-chairmen, heads of independent structural divisions of central office of the State Treasury of Ukraine, chiefs of Head departments of the State Treasury of Ukraine, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2011.

6. To put control over the implementation of this order on vice-chairmen of the State Treasury of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
