About approval of the Regulations on the register of wholesale selling prices on medicines and procedure for introduction in it for changes and form of the declaration of change of wholesale selling price on medicine

In pursuance of the subitem 1 of Item 3 and Item 5 of the Procedure for declaring of change of wholesale selling prices on medicines which are bought at the expense of means state and local budgets, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 01.11.2010 of N 1012, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the register of wholesale selling prices on medicines and procedure for introduction in it for changes which is applied.

1.2. Form of the declaration of change of wholesale selling price on medicine which is applied.

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy in the field of drug circulation and products in health care system submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Gudzenko O. P.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
