About approval of the Instruction about procedure for withdrawal (acceptance), accounting, storage, transfer, realization, return, destruction of physical evidences, material values and other property during inquiry, pretrial and court investigation

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2009 for N 200 "About enhancement of procedure for withdrawal, realization or destruction of the property which is subject to the address to the income of the state" the Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Court, Service of homeland security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence, the State Customs Committee, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for withdrawal (acceptance), accounting, storage, transfer, realization, return, destruction of physical evidences, material values and other property during inquiry, pretrial and court investigation, it agrees приложению*.
