About approval of rates for natural gas for industrial, budget and commercial consumers

In pursuance of Item 3 of meeting minutes at the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 15-7 of May 7, 2008 and according to article 8 and 9 of the Law KR "About power", the Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. JSC Kyrgyzgaz since July 1, 2008 to release natural gas for industrial, budget and commercial consumers on rates according to appendix No. 1:

1.1. on the North of the republic - 9282, 88 som for 1000 CBM (including VAT);

1.2. on the South of the republic - 8614, 89 som for 1000 CBM (including VAT).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 72 of 31.12.07. "About approval of rates for natural gas for industrial, budget and commercial consumers".
