About procedure for collection and accounting of debt on payment of insurance premiums in Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine

According to Item 7 of the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" the board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Declare invalid the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of July 12, 2007 N 36 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for transfer, accounting and expenditure of insurance fund of social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2007 for N 867/14134.

2. Determine that:

2.1. Debt collection on payment of insurance premiums on obligatory national social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases, the amounts of the penalties added and/or which are not paid till January 1, 2011 including insurance premiums which payment due date for January 1, 2011 did not step, and control of correctness of charge, timeliness of payment of insurance premiums, application of financial sanctions on the period before complete debt collection on payment of insurance premiums in Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine (further - Fund) and provision by insurers following the results of 2010 the pay-sheet about charge and transfer of insurance premiums and expenditure of fund and the sheet of distribution of number of workers, annual actual amount of goods sold (works, services) by types of economic activity are performed according to the Instruction about procedure for transfer, accounting and expenditure of insurance fund of social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of Fund of July 12, 2007 N 36, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on August 1, 2007 for N 867/14134;

2.2. The insurers having debt on payment of insurance premiums on obligatory national social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases represent to working bodies of executive directorate of Fund the reporting before complete debt repayment in the form given in appendix to the resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.

4. From labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund state registration of this resolution in the procedure established by the legislation.

5. Executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to bring this resolution to the attention of managements of executive directorate of Fund in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
