About establishment of rates of export customs duties on rawhide

For the purpose of prevention of deficit of rawhide in the Republic of Belarus:

1. Establish rates of export customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of gosudarstvchlen of Eurasian economic community according to appendix.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
