Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve the Concept of military cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States till 2015 it (is applied).

2. To assign implementation of the above-stated Concept to the Council of Ministers of Defense of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
