About procedure for publication and entry into force of official acts

The parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopts this law.

Art. 1. - (1) the Laws promulgated by the President of the Republic of Moldova resolutions of Parliament, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, the resolution and the order of the Government, acts of the Constitutional court and Audit Chamber, regulations of the central industry bodies of public management, National Bank of Moldova of the National commission on the financial market, and also regulations on ratification, acceptance, approval of international treaties or accession to them together with the text of the agreement in state language, including texts of appendices and the documents attached to it, clauses and statements of the Republic of Moldova to the agreement made during the signing, ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the regulations concerning suspension, denouncement or cancellation of international treaties, the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration which the effective date is brought to the attention of the public suspensions or date of cancellation of international treaties *, are published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova **, published by the State news agency "Moldpres", in Romanian. Transfer of regulations into Russian is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova along with publication of regulations in Romanian. In need of the Official monitor also other official acts are published.

(3) Official acts can be published in other periodicals only with reference to the Official monitor.
