Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. To the coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the states of members of the Commonwealth of Independent States created by the joint decision of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the CIS on December 7, 1995 to give the status of interstate body of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Approve Regulations on Coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

3. To coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to prepare and make in accordance with the established procedure offers on financing of its activities.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

It is made in the city of Moscow on January 25, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
