2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2006 No. 1-o.d. "About approval of Rules of delivery, acceptance and storage of manuscripts of unpublished works" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4073, No. 28-29 (1008-1009)) published in "The legal newspaper" of February 17, 2006.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
