According to Item 77.5 of article 77 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the public control and auditing service in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for coordination of conducting scheduled exit inspections by executive bodies, authorized to exercise control of charge and tax payment and charges which is applied.
2. To executive bodies, authorized to exercise control of charge and payment by subjects of housekeeping of taxes and fees, to bring in a month own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2005 N 619 "About approval of the Procedure for coordination of conducting scheduled exit inspections by executive bodies, authorized to exercise control of charge and tax payment and charges (obligatory payments)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 30 Art. 1803).
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
