1. Approve the Procedure for write-off of bad tax debt of taxpayers which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 14.03.2001 N 103 "About approval of the Procedure for write-off of bad tax debt of taxpayers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.01.2002 for N 16/6304;

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 20.01.2004 N 36 "About modification of the Procedure for write-off of bad tax debt of taxpayers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.01.2004 for N 98/8697;

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 03.11.2004 N 629 "About modification of the Procedure for write-off of bad tax debt of taxpayers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.11.2004 for N 1452/10051.

3. To department of repayment of the overdue tax liabilities (Chmeruk M. O.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

3.1 submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration;

3.2 promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Matveev O. V.
