About the accelerated review of the regulatory acts adopted by bodies and officials of local self-government

This Law establishes the legal and organizational principles of carrying out the accelerated review of the regulatory acts adopted by bodies and officials of local self-government concerning their compliance to the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity and is aimed at ensuring compliance with these principles during implementation of local self-government.

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law terms are used in such value:

the accelerated review of regulatory acts - complex of the actions and actions aimed at providing bystreyshy reduction of the regulatory acts adopted by bodies and officials of local self-government in compliance with the principles of the state regulatory policy determined in article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity";

other terms are used in the value determined in the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity".

Article 2. The principles of carrying out the accelerated review of regulatory acts

1. All regulatory acts adopted by bodies and officials of local self-government on the date of entry into force of this Law are subject to the accelerated revision according to the procedure, established by this Law, within 90 days.

2. Each regulatory act adopted by body or the official of local self-government is subject to the analysis on compliance to the principles of the state regulatory policy.

3. Local government bodies, rural, settlement, mayors, shall provide participation of representatives of associations of subjects of housekeeping, employers and public organizations of consumers (associations of consumers) in the accelerated review of regulatory acts at all its stages determined in article 4 of this Law.
