The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - (1) to Members of the government who after his resignation, reorganization or the expiration of powers were not part of the new Government or are not employed in bodies of the public power, the lump-sum allowance in the amount of the average salary in 6 months is paid.
(2) the Average salary is estimated according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
Art. 2. - In case of resignation, reorganization or the expiration of powers of the Government the monthly allowance in the amount of the average monthly salary is paid to his members within three months if during this period they were not employed.
