1. Approve:

1.1 form of Tax calculation for payment for use of natural resources for mining it (is applied);

1.2 form of Tax calculation for payment for use of natural resources for the purpose of, not connected with mining it (is applied).

2. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanovskaya) N. V. in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1 submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2 provide bringing the order to permission of taxpayers.

3. To department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba) of M.S. to develop the corresponding software of computer data processing of tax calculations for payment for use of natural resources according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Lyubchenko O. M.
