About approval of the list of paid household services on which conducting activities for provision the trade patent will be acquired

According to subitem 267.1.1 of Item 267.1 of article 267 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the attached list of paid household services on which conducting activities for provision the trade patent will be acquired.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 1998 N 576 "About approval of the list of services which belong to household and are subject to patenting" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 17, the Art. 630);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2006 N 659 "About modification of the list of services which belong to household and are subject to patenting" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 20, the Art. 1462).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
