1. Approve the Procedure for use of additional sources of repayment of tax debt it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 19.09.2003 N 439 "About approval of the Procedure for use of additional sources of repayment of tax debt according to the decision of body of collection", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.10.2003 for N 926/8247;

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 12.08.2009 N 434 "About modification of the Procedure for use of additional sources of repayment of tax debt according to the decision of body of collection", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.09.2009 for N 826/16842.

3. To department of repayment of the overdue tax liabilities (Chmeruk M. O.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

3.1 submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;

3.2 promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Matveev O. V.
