About approval of form of the Tax declaration on the fixed agricultural tax

1. Approve form of the Tax declaration on the fixed agricultural tax which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of 27.04.99 N 230 "About measures for ensuring accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About the fixed agricultural tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.05.99 for N 289/3582;

of 10.01.2002 N 12 "About approval of Changes and amendments to the Procedure of payments of the fixed agricultural tax and filling of form of calculation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.01.2002 for N 55/6343;

of 26.03.2004 N 170 "About approval of changes to the Procedure of payments of the fixed agricultural tax and filling of form of calculation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.04.2004 for N 469/9068;

of 10.11.2009 N 624 "About modification of the Procedure of payments of the fixed agricultural tax and creation of tax calculation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.12.2009 for N 1230/17246.

3. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.) in accordance with the established procedure:

3.1 submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

3.2 provide finishing the order note of taxpayers.
