1. Approve form of the Tax declaration on payment for the earth (the land tax and/or the rent for the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property) which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of 26.10.2001 N 434 "About approval of forms of Summary calculation of the amount of the land tax, the Reference, to the specified Calculation and the Procedure for their submission to body of the State Tax Service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.11.2001 for N 963/6154;

of 02.12.2003 N 582 "About approval of changes to the order GNA of Ukraine of October 26, 2001 N 434", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.12.2003 for N 1159/8480;

Item 23 appendices to the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 16.02.2004 N 92 "About entering of amendments into orders GNA of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.03.2004 for N 267/8866;
