About inauguration of the President of the Republic of Moldova

The parliament adopts this law.

Art. 1. - (1) the Candidate for president of the Republic of Moldova whose election is recognized as the valid Constitutional court not later than in 45-day time after elections brings before Parliament and the Constitutional court the oath provided by part (2) article 79 of the Constitution.

(2) the Venue of ceremony of inauguration of the President of the Republic of Moldova is determined by the elected President of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. 2. - (1) deputies of Parliament, judges of the Constitutional court, members of Central Election Commission, members of the government, judges of the Highest trial chamber participate In ceremony of inauguration of the President of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. 3. - (1) the Ceremony of inauguration of the President of the Republic of Moldova consists of the following events:

- execution of national anthem;
