The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

considering friendship between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation,

based on the decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 7, 2002 about creation based on the All-Russia Exhibition Centre of permanent exhibitions of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and need of development for this purpose the corresponding contractual legal basis,

for the benefit of deepening of mutually beneficial economic cooperation, development of cultural, scientific, educational ties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is creation of the trade and exhibition center of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow.

Article 2

On purpose, stipulated in Article 1 this agreement, the Russian Side provides to the Kyrgyz Side in lease for 50 years object of cultural heritage of federal importance the Biology pavilion (further - object) located in Moscow, Prospekt Mira, 119, structure 4, total area of 599,8 of sq.m with the rent in the amount of constituting 1 Russian ruble a year, and the parcel of land which is directly occupied by object and related historically and functionally (further - the parcel of land), with the rent in the amount of, constituting 1 Russian ruble a year.

Article 3

Authorized organizations of the Parties for implementation of this agreement are:

- from the Kyrgyz Side - the Ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- from the Russian Side - Federal Agency for State Property Management.

Each of the Parties notifies other Party on change of the authorized organization through diplomatic channels.
