1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of the damage caused by the notary owing to violation of the professional obligations according to appendix No. 1.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 23.08.2017 No. PP-3240
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mukhitdinov R. A.
