Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

1. This Federal Law governs the relations connected with observance of increased requirements of discipline of work by separate employee categories (further - workers) the organizations operating especially radiation dangerous and yaderno dangerous productions and objects in the field of use of atomic energy for the purpose of safety of such productions and objects.

2. The discipline of work of employees of the operating organizations consists in obligatory subordination to the rules of conduct determined according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law, other Federal Laws, the collective agreement, agreements, employment policies and procedures and other local regulations, the employment contract.

3. For the purposes of this Federal Law the organization operating especially radiation dangerous and yaderno dangerous productions and objects in the field of use of atomic energy is understood as the organization performing activities in the field of use of atomic energy and recognized by the operating organization according to article 34 of the Federal Law of November 21, 1995 N 170-FZ "About use of atomic energy" (the daleeekspluatiruyushchy organization).

4. The list of the operating organizations to which operation of this Federal Law extends affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.
