1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the damage assessment caused owing to violation of requirements in the field of rational use of subsoil.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 22, 2006 No. 796 "About approval of Rules of calculation of the damage caused owing to violation of requirements in the field of use, protection of subsoil" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 31, the Art. 338).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
