1. According to the paragraph to the eighth and the paragraph to the fourth parts one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" to carry parts five of Article 7 in the list of offshore zones of the state according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2003 No. 77 "About the list of offshore zones" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 9, the Art. 401);

the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 1, 2005 No. 82 "About modification of appendix to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2003 No. 77" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, the Art. 722);

3. This order becomes effective since April 1, 2011.
