Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for implementation of Budget and Tax codes of Ukraine which is attached.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for implementation of Budget and Tax codes of Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget of the Ministry of Finance according to the "Actions for Implementation of Budget and Tax Codes" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is the Ministry of Finance.

Manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level and the executive in charge of the budget program is the state educational scientific institution "Academy of Financial Management" which is included in network of the main manager of budgetary funds according to its decision taking into account the functions of noted organization provided by the charter.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated on:

scientific maintenance of implementation of Budget and Tax codes of Ukraine (further - Codes), carrying out research works, and scientific reasons for offers to drafts of regulatory legal acts on introduction of amendments to acts of the legislation in connection with adoption of Codes;
