1) Rules of evaluating activities of the government employee of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Rules) regulate procedure and the mechanism of evaluating activities of administrative government employees of public service of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - government employees).
2) Assessment of activities of government employees (further - activities assessment) is procedure for determination of results of activities of the government employee by carrying out, interview about fill rates of its job responsibilities, extent of achievements of the provided indicators answering the purpose and tasks of state body and its structural division.
3) Assessment of activities is not applied to political government employees and administrative government employees of the highest category, and also to the government employees who reached age limit of stay in public service.
