To department of realization of state policy in the field of registration and supervision of observance of the registration legislation of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Zdovbitskaya Ya. G.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
