This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on collective security signed on May 15, 1992 of December 10, 2010 and the Protocol on modification of the Articles of organization of the Agreement on collective security signed on October 7, 2002 of December 10, 2010.

It is made in the city of Moscow on December 10, 2010 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
