1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are developed based on article 9.10 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data" and regulate procedure for transfer to the third parties on paid basis of the personal and collected in enterprise information systems data used.

1.2. These rules do not extend to rendering directory services in private procedure.

1.3. According to article 14 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About freedom of information" obtaining by third parties of the data collected according to the legislation state bodies is forbidden.

1.4. According to these rules transfer to the third parties on paid basis only of personal data of open category is allowed.
