About the organization of maintaining statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with state members of the Customs union within EURASEC

Due to the entry into force of the Agreement on maintaining customs statistics of foreign and mutual trade in goods of the Customs union of January 25, 2008 and for the purpose of implementation of article 104 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine:

The Federal Customs Service - the authorized body responsible for maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade of the Russian Federation;

Federal State Statistics Service - the authorized body responsible for maintaining statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC.

2. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC.

3. To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation to bring into accord with this Resolution the regulatory legal acts regulating questions of the organization and accomplishment of transportation of goods in a month.

4. This Resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2011 (item 4 in edition. Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.03.2011 N 231)
