About approval of Rules of burial of hazardous substances, radioactive waste and dumping of sewage into subsoil

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of burial of hazardous substances, radioactive waste and dumping of sewage into subsoil.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996 No. 1283 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for burial of radioactive waste in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 42, the Art. 401);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996 No. 1286 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for burial of hazardous substances and dumping of sewage into subsoil" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996. No. 42, Art. 404);

3) subitems 2) and 3) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 1998 No. 578 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning subsurface use" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 19, the Art. 172).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
