Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 2, 2008 No. 110-p "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for receipt of reinforcement cash liquidity and conducting their accounting of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic by regional departments", No. 45-08 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 27, 2008.
3. This Instruction comes into effect since January 1, 2011.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the director of the Central Treasury Zulpuyev See.
