About approval of Conditions of electronic declaring
Based on Article 187 of the Customs code of Ukraine and according to the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About the digital signature", the Regulations on the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.06.97 N 574 (with changes), the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.07.2007 of N 940, I ORDER:
1. Approve Conditions of electronic declaring which are applied.
2. Determine that the companies entered in the Register of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring according to Procedure for determination of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring can be applied can be applied by the approved order of State Customs Service of 08.08.2007 of N 669, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.08.2007 for N 967/14234, are subject to automatic entering into the Register of the companies allowed to electronic declaring.
3. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.) develop and put into operation program and information complex on forming of the Register of the companies allowed to electronic declaring in the Single automated system of State Customs Service and application of its data in the corresponding program and information complexes when implementing customs clearance of goods.
4. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.08.2007 N 669 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the companies to which goods the procedure of electronic declaring can be applied", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.08.2007 for N 967/14234.
