Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Operational search activities

(1) Operational search activities which legality of carrying out is guaranteed by this law represent state and legal remedy of interests of the state, its territorial integrity, the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities, all types of property from criminal encroachments.

Article 2. Tasks of operational search activities
