About the state material reserve
Accepted by General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 16, 1999
This Law establishes the general principles of education, placement, storage, use, replenishment and refreshening of inventories state and mobilization material reserves (daleegosudarstvenny material reserve), governs the relations in the field.
The state material reserve includes two isolated, independent from each other reserve: state and mobilization which education, storage and use are regulated by the separate provisions approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The state material reserve is special object of state-owned property, is inviolable and held for use for the purpose of and procedure, provided by this Law, and only according to orders and presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic and orders and the orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this Law the following terms and determinations are used:
otvetkhranitel - the business entity irrespective of patterns of ownership performing storage of material values of the state material reserve, determined by Fund of the state material reserves and approved by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
