The parliament adopts this law.
Art. 1. - In this law the following basic concepts are used:
Arrangement of the territory - complex of actions for coordination of economic, social, cultural and environmental policy according to the main values of society taken in their sets for the purpose of creation of the harmonious natural and anthropogenous circle favoring to social and cultural life of the population.
Town planning - the most important part of arrangement of the territory which object of activities are the territory of settlements and all territories necessary for ensuring their functioning and development.
Documentation on town planning and arrangement of the territory plans of arrangement of the territory, town-planning plans and regulations accompanying them in which the purposes, means and stages of holding actions for arrangement of the territory and to town planning are determined solutions for the purpose of the balanced development of the territories and settlements, prevention and elimination of functional violations of their activities are proposed.
Plans for town planning and arrangement of the territory - set of the explanatory and illustrative documents concerning certain territory in which the current situation is analyzed and are planned tasks and actions in the field of town planning and arrangement of the territory for certain period.
