About housing stock with the special status

Art. 1. - This law regulates procedure for provision, use and release of the office premises intended for needs of bodies of the public power (further - premises of special fund) and forming housing stock with the special status.
Art. 2. - (1) the Housing stock with the special status consists of apartments or certain apartment houses located in municipium or the city residence in which there are relevant organs of the public power.
(2) These premises shall meet the health and technical requirements established for the corresponding municipium or the city.
Art. 3. - The construction of premises of special fund is financed by means of the government or local budget with reference of expenses on balance according to Parliament, the State office and bodies of local public authority.
Art. 4. - (1) Premises of special fund are provided only to persons holding the elective or appointed positions listed in the appendix which is integral part of this law for stay in these positions if specified persons have no other premises in municipium or the city residence or if security with their living space less regulations, stipulated in Article 42 Housing codes.
(2) Provision of premises of special fund to persons specified in part (1), does not deprive of them the right to improvement of housing conditions according to the legislation.
Art. 5. - Premises of special fund are provided according to the decision of body under which authority this housing stock, with the subsequent message to executive body of local public authority, in the presence of the copy of the deputy mandate or the copy of the decision on election or position assignment and other documents, stipulated by the legislation is.
