About privatization of housing stock

Chapter I. General provisions

Art. 1. - (1) Privatization of housing stock is the process of alienation of housing stock of the state, public organizations performed by public authorities on which the state confirmed the property right, and other state and cooperative associations and the companies constructed at the expense of the funds allocated from the government budget, in private property of citizens of the Republic of Moldova and their associations (joint-stock, economic and other companies), directed to satisfaction of their needs for housing and forming of real owners by the free order by immovable property.
