About establishment of local coefficients to official pay rates of government employees

Article 1. Purpose of the Law

This Law establishes local coefficients to official pay rates of government employees taking into account climatic conditions of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Article 2. Establishment of local coefficients

To monthly official pay rates of the government employees working serving in the state bodies performing activities in the settlements of the Azerbaijan Republic which are at the height from 1500 to 2000 meters above sea level the local coefficient in the amount of 1,2, is established if this height exceeds 2000 meters, - that in the amount of 1,3.

Article 3. Application of local coefficients

The list of the settlements which are at the height from 1500 to 2000 meters and is higher than 2000 meters above sea level, is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.

Local coefficients are applied for the actual work of prokhodiniya of service of the government employee in the state bodies performing activities in these Items.

Article 4. Source of payment of local coefficients

Application of local coefficients to official pay rates of government employees is performed within the salary fund provided by the government budget for the relevant state body where works the government employee serves.

Article 5. The introduction of the Law in force

This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
