About rates of nonconsumptive payments
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 19, 2000
This Law establishes rates of nonconsumptive payments and procedure for their calculation.
1. Establish the following rates of nonconsumptive payments for emission of hazardous substances in the air basin:
a) for each ton of emission in the air basin of hazardous substances by stationary sources: dust of 600 dram
monocarbon monoxide of 80 dram
oxide and nitrogen dioxide of 7 400 dram
sulphurous anhydride of 600 dram
chlorine of 6 000 dram
chloroprene of 45 000 dram
chrome and compounds of chrome of 18 957 000 dram
formaldehyde of 23 400 dram
toluene of 500 dram
xylol of 1 500 dram
b) for emission of hazardous substances by the cars and mechanisms registered belonging to physical persons and legal entities and operated in the Republic of Armenia according to engine capacity:
to 50 h.p. 10 x h.p. of dram
50 - 80 h.p. 20 x h.p. of dram
81 - 100 h.p. 30 x h.p. of dram
101 - 150 h.p. 40 x h.p. of dram
151 - 200 h.p. 50 x h.p. of dram
201 - 250 h.p. 60 x h.p. of dram
251 - 300 h.p. 70 x h.p. of dram
over 300 h.p. 100 x h.p. of dram
where h.p. - capacity in horsepowers;
c) for emission of hazardous substances in the air basin by the vehicles registered in other states driving and operated in the Republic of Armenia according to type and load-carrying capacity of the car:
