1.5. Regulations of application of state language are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.

Correspondences with the international organizations performing activities in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic (or their representations) and diplomatic representations of foreign states can be conducted in state language of the Azerbaijan Republic or in the corresponding foreign language with condition of transfer into Azerbaijani.
