This Constitutional Law is adopted for implementation of the right of the solution of question of trust of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic reflected in Item 14 parts one of article 95 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic to the Office of the Minister of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Article 1. The reporting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic before Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic annually at the fifth meeting of spring session of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic reports on activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

For reply to the requests of deputies of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic cabinet ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in the cases established by rules of work of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic participate in Millie's meetings of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic.
