About approval of the Instruction for execution of the insurance policy

For the purpose of protection of interests of insurers and ensuring accomplishment by insurers of requirements of the existing insurance legislation for the conclusion of the insurance contract Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for execution of the insurance policy and enact it in 10 days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Establish the following terms of replacement of forms of the insurance policies which are not conforming to requirements of this Instruction for insurance companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) for insurance policies on obligatory types of insurance - till December 31, 2000;

2) for insurance policies on voluntary types of insurance - till December 31, 2000.

3. To department of insurance supervision:

1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution and Instruction for execution of the insurance policy;

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution and the Instruction for execution of the insurance policy to data of the interested divisions of central office, regional branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and insurance companies.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marchenko G. A.
