Article 1. Form the city of Kochkor-Ata of the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic within the existing administrative-territorial border of the settlement of city type of Kochkor-At of Nookensky district of the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 2. Give to the city of Kochkor-Ata the status of the city of district subordination.
Article 3. Form the Kochkor-Atinsky city kenesh of Nookensky district of the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 4. Keep powers of deputies of the Kochkor-Atinsky settlement kenesh, having given them the status of deputies of the city kenesh before the expiration of execution of powers.
Article 5. Approve the description of borders of the city of Kochkor-Ata of Nookensky district of the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 6. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make changes to earlier adopted regulatory legal acts following from this Law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 7. This Law becomes effective from the moment of its publication.
