1. For the purpose of providing social guarantees and streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of separate bodies of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, the Federal Agency of Government Communications and Information in case of the President of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation, State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation, the Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation (further hereinafter are referred to as - separate bodies) to establish the sizes of official pay rates of employees of separate bodies according to appendix.

2. Pay to employees of separate bodies:

a) the monthly allowance for complexity, intensity, high achievements in work and special operating mode in the amount of 50 to 100 percent of official pay rate;

b) monthly length-of-service allowance to official pay rate in the following sizes:

   in case of length of service                   (percent)

from 1 to 3 years inclusive                  10
