About marking of the separate excise goods intended for realization in duty-free shops

For the purpose of establishment of proper control of import to the Russian Federation, production and realization in the territory of the Russian Federation of the alcoholic products, tobacco and tobacco products which are subject to marking by excise stamps or federal special brands, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that alcoholic products, the tobacco and tobacco products imported on the territory of the Russian Federation or made on its territories which are subject to marking by excise stamps or federal special brands (further hereinafter are referred to as - goods), can be located under customs procedure of duty-free trade for realization in duty-free shops in the presence on labels and counterlabels (for alcoholic products) and packagings (for tobacco and tobacco products) designations in Russian: "Only for sale in duty-free shop" or the text of similar content in English.

2. Determine that the goods placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade for realization in duty-free shops are not subject to marking by excise stamps or federal special brands.

3. Determine that the designation specified in Item 1 of this resolution shall accompany each commodity unit and its packaging which is inseparable from goods before its use and in which the goods are represented for retail sale (alcoholic products, tobacco and tobacco products, including blocks of packs of cigarettes).

Designation shall be put with typographical method or way of drawing additional stickers (stickers) which cannot be removed from goods without damage of the label or the counterlabel (in case of lack of the label or the counterlabel - packaging).
