Procedure for consolidation of additional releases of issued securities

I. General provisions

1.1. Action of this Procedure for consolidation of releases of issued securities (further - the Procedure) extends to all additional releases of issued securities irrespective of type of their issuer to which on the date of entry into force of this Procedure the state registration number other than the state registration number of release of issued securities to which they are additional is assigned.

1.2. Action of this Procedure does not extend on:

additional releases state and municipal securities;

the additional releases of issued securities recognized cancelled or invalid;

additional releases which all issued securities are extinguished (are cancelled);

additional releases of issued securities which state registration number consists of the state registration number,

to the appropriated release of issued securities, and individual number (code) of this additional release of issued securities.
