According to the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 150 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code 2000, N 32, Art. 3340; 2001, N 1, the p. II, the Art. 18) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed list of materials for production of immunobiological medicines for diagnosis, prevention and (or) treatment of infectious diseases which import to the Russian Federation is not subject to taxation on value added.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
