exercising the rights according to the order financial resources and property of the Union of Belarus and Russia in connection with cancellation of the Agreement on the Union of Belarus and Russia of April 2, 1997,

based on provisions of Item 2 of article 2 of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of the December 8, 1999 which further is referred to as with the Agreement

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. The parties consider the fees of the Parties provided by the national laws on the budget for 2000 in the budget of the Union of Belarus and Russia fees of the Parties in the budget of the Union State for 2000.

2. The parties transfer the financial assets and liabilities which are registered on balance of Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia, including the fees of the Parties in the budget of the Union of Belarus and Russia brought in 2000 on balance of Standing Committee of the Union State.

Article 2

1. The parties transfer to operational management to Standing Committee of the Union State the property provided by the Parties to Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia and also the property acquired by Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia by budget funds of the Union of Belarus and Russia.

2. In case of the termination of activities of bodies of the Union of Belarus and Russia in connection with completion by them according to article 70 of the Agreement of functions of bodies of the Union State the released property which is not provided in Item 1 of this Article is transferred to operational management to relevant organs of the Union State.

3. The parties transfer to Standing Committee of the Union State the archives of the Union of Belarus and Russia which are stored in Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia.
